Another good video, insulation is essential with these ovens, top and sides.
I think your oven temperature was too high. If you can get it to 350 that might be better; can you adjust the oven temperature by adjusting the burners on the stove? Or maybe bake for a shorter time; your cake looked like it was done at 17 minutes. Use the “toothpick test” – stick a toothpick (knife will work too) in the center of the cake; if it comes out clean your cake is done.
I was wondering how this stove worked, and now I know. Thank you for the demonstration.
